Rules And Regulations

• The student is required to wear the uniform and get his/her identity card provided by the college.
• If the student loses his/her identity card he/she has to apply for the issue of the duplicate identity card by paying the necessary penalty.
• The students must attend the prayer at 8.45 am compulsorily and greet everyone with the words HARI OM.
• Well-equipped and attractive building with all facilities.
• The students once enter the college premises are not allowed to go outside
• The students can take leave with prior permission of the principal
• If a student needs to take leave during college hours, parents must inform the principal and arrange to pick up their ward.
• He/She will attend the assembly regularly and chant prayers.

ATTENDANCE, EXAMINATION, SCHOLARSHIPS

• Every student is required to keep a minimum of 80% attendance in all subjects (theory and practical), failing to this,his admission
  may be cancelled and he may not be permitted for the examination.
• The students willing to participate in the activities outside the college are supposed to take the prior permission from the Principal
  for condoning their absence.
• The students are required to attend all tests, seminars, practical and theory examinations conducted by the college. If the student remains
  absent without valid reasons and without obtaining the prior permission of the Principal, they will be liable for fine and disciplinary action.
• If the students are likely to remain absent due to unavoidable reasons, they are informed to submit an application duly endorsed by their
  parents / guardians explaining the reasons and intimate it to the college.
• All applications for fee concessions, scholarships, freeships, prizes etc., should be submitted with necessary documents informed by the
  college adhering to the deadlines. This will be considered with the regular attendance and satisfactory progress of the students.

GENERAL RULES

• Students are informed not to move in the corridors unnecessarily and disturb other classes.
• The students are informed to maintain discipline not only in the College Campus but outside the campus too.
• The students should not wander and stand outside the college premises and surroundings after the college hours.
  This will disturb the people staying in the locality/area.
• The students are ordained to cooperate with the college authorities in maintaining the campus clean and
  to maintain the decorum of the college.
• The students must behave well and with dignity and courtesy to the Principal, faculty members, administrative staff
  and their fellow mates. The improper behaviour will be interrogated and punished.
• Usage of mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the college and are not allowed to keep in the vehicle storage also.
  In case of any emergency, student can make use of the office phone.
• He /She will not be a part of any untoward incident.
• Ragging is an offence.
• Parking vehicle is at owner’s risk.
• The student should abide by all the rules and regulations.

ADMISSION RULES

• The students will be admitted to PUC Classes as per the directions of KARNATAKA SCHOOL EDUCATION ASSESSMENT BOARD.
